The D400 is a LoRaWAN Contact Sensor designed to detect door open and close status and send updates to an IoT server through the LoRaWAN network. It provides visibility into door status, open duration, and open counts. The sensor sends daily periodic data as well as updates for every door open or close event, and it calculates the duration of the most recent door opening.

With hands-on experience across electronics, cryogenics, opto-mechanical systems, IoT, and cloud security, Maharshi brings both technical depth and practical vision to his work. He holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a degree in computer science from Dharmsinh Desai Institute of Technology. Outside of work, he is a car enthusiast, enjoys hiking, and traveling with his family.
